SCMC is not just a clinic or a medical center to treat patients, and it is not a company for referring patients to be treated abroad, or promoting Health Tourism. Instead, SCMC's primary mission is about leading the patient to a distinguished doctor that specializes in their medical problem. 

     Dr. Mohammed Al-Mannai, hospital administrator  of the military hospital in Bahrain(BDFH), has earned a large experience through dealing with hundreds of medical facilities, heading many medical commissions and dealing with thousands of patients with different diseases. This made him aware of the difficulties that face the patients and their families in their search for a distinguished and specialized physician that can help them get their proper treatment. Many patients also end up being victims to people whose only target is to increase their revenues. 

     All this lead to the idea of opening up this center to help the patients of the GCC and other Arab countries to find the distinguished doctor or medical facility that specializes in their medical problems, easily and effortlessly.
